Hello everyone.
I'm using LMDE and I have a mint 8 server. When I used mint 8 client, I could easily access any folder and file on my server. Now I can still access folders, but when I try to open a file that has spaces in it's name, for example "the beatles.mp3", VLC says it cant play it because it cant resolve the name "smb://10.1.1.2/music/the%20beatles.mp3". Instead of "the beatles", it shows "the%20beatles".
Every folder and file that has spaces in its names are showing like that in VLC and other softwares as well.
What could this be?
Thanks!

%20 is an escape sequence for the space

You can see that also in the URL's that contain space in your web browser.
