Hey . . . is this the Mint Cafe or the Mint Pub ?? :P

There is a popular 'country-western' song on the radio.

Song: Pretty Good at Drinking Beer
Artist: Billy Currington
I aint much for mowin thick grass
I'm too slow for workin' too fast
I don't do Windows ... so honey don't ask
But I'm pretty good at drinkin' beer

Can anybody identify these WW I German soldiers? How about a translation?

PS. In a better scan the postcard stamp reads: Fereinslazarets Traunstein------Neues Krankenhaus

Lazarets were isolation or quarantine places
