Hello 900i,
You just gave me an idea. In the MintDesktop we have a set of useful folders : Desktop, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos and so on. They are easy to see as they stand there by themselves.
But what happens when we put more and more stuff in the Home folder?
They are lost in the clutter of the extra stuff we add to this folder.

So, I decided to make them stand out so I could find them easily.
I just made them larger with the 'Stretch Icon' command.
I suggest to all who are interested to go to the link above. I see that you already have covered the subject very thoroughly.
