Mhm it's ok.. it's a bit hard to get used to at the start, but it looks nice, is fast and i like the system for my Laptop... for work on Laptop/Netbook it's much better than Unity or Gnome Shell (my opinion).. you can edit the look as you like (if you get how to do it xD) it's a lot of "textwork", but it's nice... programwise it's ok it runs all gtk programs without any problems ... ok QT/KDE programs look as stupid as they do on gnome/xfce and elsewhere expecting KDE, but thats a QT-"problem" .
You're free to let it look like you want relatively easy, but this is something which all DE's (expecting super usabillaty Gnome with it's gconf editor ) do.
