Hello Mint nation
I am loc2four this is not my first time with Linux mint i have been using mint for my portable o.s. ran from a usb stick.
But i have finally got a laptop tried to run Ubuntu 10.04 but couldn't get the wireless card to stay connected so with mint
install proprietary driver and no problems they say that Ubuntu is the bet for beginners I say no mint has been a lot more
friendly. Well i am getting off topic I am Thankful for all the developers who made this o.s.happen & thanks for having me.

It's Ubuntu with some extra software (e.g. proprietary things that Ubuntu doesn't want to include), and another menu, updater and theme.
