Editing a ISO
IS it possible to add or remove software on a iso file? like one i downloaded from the new,,, like lmde, how?

Although I haven't used it. I've heard others like remasterSys.

You can also try isomaster.
Look for isomaster (GUI method)in your software package manager or in a terminal:
If you see a result for it in the search:
or aptitude.
The (CLI method) involves using "loopback", making a copy directory, making a new ISO with mkisofs,etc. (see man mkisofs)
