MINIMIZE SOLVED!!

When I minimize a program or firefox they simply disappear?? I keep firefox icons and others down in the panel but when I minimize anything it is gone!! If I click on the firefox Icon it launches anew! any Idea whats going on?? :twisted:

Do you still have the 'Window List' applet on the panel?
[right-click panel -> add to panel]
