This Mortal Coil was basically Ivo Watts-Russell's project. He worked with Cocteau Twins on the production side, as well as founding / owning 4AD for a while. Cocteau Twins has a song called "Ivo" which is really one of my favorite tracks they ever did. Sorry I did not see this sooner!
