thx as for win7, got nothing against it as long as it is in a VM Although you're right, it's pretty ugly without Aero at least, it's great under the hoodwyrdoak wrote:CaptHilts, Ug! you didn't have to remind me of win7 without areo, I used win7 starter on this netbook for 18mths and is why I tried Linux Mint on a whim. I usually have to remaster any window$ at around the 18mth mark or it bogs down. Since then I'm now running LMDE and am very happy with it, installed the Win7HP on the other partition using my desktop copy since it's down for the count, mainly for any BIOs and firmware updates I might get. Then there are still some places I need to go that requires IE.
BTW: I like the splash paint wallpaper.
My desktop hasn't changed much.
thx, appreciate. You've done some awesome jobs yourself, always a pleasure to see these wonderful desktops!mmesantos1 wrote:Gotta say Habitual, CaptHilts and wyrdoak have done an awsome job on there desktops, job well done you guys.

I don't think so. These are from the dev ppa. But no problems so far. I don't think plank (the dock) is as far along.viper wrote:Thanks Aevum.
