New Forum Admin

The Forum is getting rather large,it needs 2 day-to-day Admins to run efficiently now
After discussing this with Clem I'm pleased to announce proxima_centauri's promotion to Admin following an 11 month stint as a Forum Moderator/Community Site Moderator and more than 2 years as an IRC Channel Operator.
I'm sure his wealth of experience together with his good judgement and tact will equip him well for his new role
