Well I've been trying to install LMDE and everytime I install network-manager by doing this:
$ su
# aptitude update
# aptitude install network-manager-gnome
After I logout and log back in I get stuck in tty1 mode I've tried 3 times and it happens everytime when I try to enable wireless. Does anyone know what might be the issue?
Network-manager problem.

Re: Network-manager problem.
LMDE had network manager installed by default.
You shouldn't need to install in Live session.
Perhaps your iso had error. Check md5sum, it wrong, re-download official iso.

I was following instructions from debian wiki because after I download the realtek driver when I type ./autorun.sh it says Fatal: module not found and I don't know how to fix it..wayne128 wrote:LMDE had network manager installed by default.
