yesterday I installed Linux mint 13 on a HP 655 notebook. It has an Atheros AR 9485 wireless and BT combo card.
Wireless works. Unfortunately Bluetooth is not recognized.
The problem is well known. I think it used to work with kernel 2.6 but not with kernels 3+. For example here.rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
1: hp-wifi: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
And 2 other links
link 1
link 2
Is there any way to make it work?
Here some Hardware info:
