Window Color Change Taskbar

Hi!
I know I have to modify the file cinnamon.css Cinnamon Minty theme 1.6.x change the color to green frame them for another color.

I can not find the way to do it, I hope you can help me

That would require some knowledge about CSS (to modify the theme). So, you may use Minty Colors instead, it's a chameleonic theme that changes color according to your GTK theme. You can set the color, too

window-list-item-box (window-list)
applet-box (panel applets)
workspace-button
