Repository indexes problem

Hi everyone !

I'm running Linux Mint 14 (Nadia) 64-bit, everything is working fine except when I use the update manager.
I got an error:

Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/upubuntu-com/devel/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/source/Sources  404  Not Found
Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/upubuntu-com/devel/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/binary-amd64/Packages  404  Not Found
Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Is this a bad URL? I don't know what to do to fix this... So if any of you had the same problem and solved it, what's wrong?

Thanks for the answer! But I did try to update, and it's the same.
I checked the link but there isn't any quantal folder. Is it due to this version of mint? And why is it searching for a quantal repo?
I know it's a ubuntu-based system, maybe it comes from them?

there is no quantal in that repo address, you haveto check with the maintainers (upubuntu) if quantal/nadia is supported and with which repo; in the meantime disable the ppa.
