Hello everyone!!! I recently installed mint yesterday. I'm brand new to the world of linux. I'm hoping to improve my programming skills and command line knowledge through Linux. I look forward to becoming a part of this wonderful community!

Welcome aboard :D Which languages do you program in, or do you want to program in? These days I mostly use Python myself. If you're somewhat new to the command line, the Introduction to the command line book might be a good read. You can read it online for free, download in various ebook formats for free, or purchase the printed book.
