My Bluetooth Dongle did not find the phone devices!?!

I have a LogiLink Bluetooth Dongle V2.0 compatible to BT1.1!Now i want to ask one question how do the Bluetooth Stick usb find my Phone Samsung GT-5300 Galaxy Poket under Linux Mint 13, can anybody tell me how i must work with the terminal to configure my Bluetooth settings to find any Bluetooth connection?Please help me per answering in this Forum!Thanks!

I tried LM 13 , mate, cinnamon, xfce and kde.

ONLY in KDE bluetooth works fine; the other have problems to connect with PC (Situation accepted by LM developers)
LM17.1 Cinnamon (PC) and 17.3 Cinnamon (Laptop) with AMD Catalyst
HP Pavilion g4-1316br, AMD Quad Core, 1,5 GHz, Radeon 6520G/7450M,
