And what do you want to enhance? Can you explain to us why you need more memory or safe memory?

Of course. When I was working myself on Linux Mint 12 I installed Beryl desktop, Cairo dock and added some themes to work in friendly environment.

I learned then, that it is possible to install some apps on the desktop with hdd data, memory amounts, speed of upload and download, but since in Nadia there is no special effectsm I am without Beryl and Compiz. I worried if I do something, Nadia can be hurt by slowdown in this early stage of development of her.

I tried Conky now on Linux Mint 12 LXDE and unfortunately after checking md5 of distro, update etc. it is not working, neither the LXDE recognizes Cairo with effects which I prefer more than Conky, but still background of cairo is black and not transparent.

Try to update cairo now, lets see what happens.

Thank you ;P

I see you meant speed up not enhance and trust me it is not the same word xD

Ps. Looks like I have problem with decorations in cairo. Background is still black.

Reedit: I have found setting inside system configuration in cairo which enables the possiblity of emulating transparency.

As for enhancing RAM in LXDE I have found this useful topic:
