Xfce Update frequency

Postby EmpireITtech » Sun Feb 24, 2013 12:22 am

Is it just me, or do updates for Mint 14 Xfce come much less than the ones for Mint 14 Cinnamon?
I have cinnamon on my main desktop PC and it updates multiple times a day lol...

You care correct. Also because Cinnamon is much newer, things will settle with time. But also its a good sign of the massive attention given to Cinnamon by it's maintainers.

What bugs/issues are you noticing in Xfce that cause you to want an update? Because someone posted a question about an issue on the Xfce home site's forum and Jérôme quickly posted an update. Therefore, if you have an issue for which you have seen no update, I would tend to assume it's because no one has told him about it.
