I'm having problems with some HD videos XBMC and I've been reccomended to disable compositing of cinnamon since it could be causing the problem.
So, que first question is simple, ¿How can I disable this and really check that is disabled?
And so far... If I disable compositing, what does it affect to?
Please post suggestions for improvement of Cinnamon here

Disabling compositing disables the fancy effects, widgets, and other eyecandy. Think going from Windows XP/Vista/7 to Windows 95/98. See my reply in your other thread.
