General Timeline from 100% tested>RC>Stable for release

Was wondering if anyone had a general clue to transition times between these ISO's states?

As seeing Mint 15 KDE 64bit been at 100% tested now for a week.
And trying to get a general idea how fast they move to RC and then to Stable for release.
As Cinnamon & Mate been stable for 2 weeks now.

Is there any consistent general time elapsed?
Or just a When it's ready it's ready kind of thing.

As far as the main editions, the timeline seems to be 3-4 weeks from testing to RC to final. KDE is a little bit of a different animal, as there historically has been only 1 maintainer of that edition. In the 3-1/2 years I've been using Mint, the KDE edition has always reached final release at about a full month after the main editions. The same applies to Xfce.

I know the feeling. When my favorite spins are in testing I tend to become somewhat of an obsessive ISO link clicker myself.
