Linux mint 13 medibuntu
I read an article saying that medibuntu is no longer being maintained. When I check for updates on linux mint 13 I get an error for the medibuntu respoitory. Will there be an updated repository for linux mint 13?

Not as of yet. You can remove this repository from the Software Sources program (Other Software tab). This will just remove the repository, leaving the packages installed on your system from that repository untouched. There won't be future updates in the Medibuntu repository. I'm not aware of how Linux Mint 16 will proceed on this; Linux Mint 15 just included the latest version of the Medibuntu packages on the DVD without adding a new repository for them. Linux Mint 16 might bring a fresh approach. For example, VideoLAN now have the libdvdcss in a repository and are maintaining it there: http://www.videolan.org/developers/libdvdcss.html
