is there such a thing a drive defragger for mint?
just wondering if there is if defraggings needed etc...thanx

Linux file systems don't normally need to be defragged. They are designed in such a way that they constantly are being defragged in normal use. That is not exactly technically correct but for this conversation it is close enough.
Defragging a Windows file system is a work-around for design flaws Microsoft was kind enough to include, free of charge.
