ME: So when did this issue start
Customer: It's been a while, and I've been able to work around the issue by shaking the computer a little bit now and then. But it's getting alot worse now.
Me: So how often do you have to shake the computer to make the problem go away?
Customer: Oh, once or twice a day.
Me: I think you need to take the computer in to a local technician
Customer: Really? I didn't think it was that serious.
