You're welcome, wish there was more we could do, but sat at a keyboard potentially thousands of miles away not much more we can do than offer words of comfort. :(

No worries. I get it. :D

At work I had a few people almost hide from me as they didn't know what to say/do. And I get that too. Death sucks for everybody!

This is truly an experience that I had at the time under the same circumstances. It is a double burden. Through the loss of a loved one, one already feels painfully amputated and through the avoidance of conversation, by colleagues or even good friends, one is also stigmatized.
I wish you a lot of strength to get through this burden. And friends who do not turn away.

Thank you absque fenestris. :D

I been fortunate to have rock solid good friends! Both of them!!

It was new hires at work that I could tell felt uncomfortable. Once the ice was broken, everything went back to normal really quickly. They all hate me again!

LOL!

Your post was spot on! I probably shouldn't have joked in my reply, but I couldn't resist. Sometimes we need to laugh, even if we're the only one laughing.

( My wife often replied to one of my jokes with, "Notice you're the only one laughing?")

Thanks GrayFox and vvv511 for helping me verify my iso.

Our questions may sound silly to you experts buy honestly its a great help from you guys!
I am not from a tech domain. I first got introduced to linux and open source years ago from a tech savvy boss.

However. I did not pursue this as I continued work in my domain.

Now after so many years I see linuxmint and its really fantastic. Great job guys.

There is hope for this world after all! Hope more guys pick it up.

Long time poster who has not been around for a while, based in Aus if I remember correctly. He started this thread back in 2014. Also missed.
