What is the deadline to translate Linux Mint latest version. I am working hard to get finished Linux Mint Cinnamon and Mate for Hungarian language.

There's no deadline. Mint 17.1 is already in release candidate stage so in that sense you're too late. But, just finish your translations and once they are 100% you can open HexChat from your menu to join the Linux Mint IRC channels--type /join #linuxmint-dev to join the developer channel and find Clem there. You can inform him you've completed translation for Linux Mint Hungarian and ask him to update the translations. With some frequency, and update for Cinnamon is pushed that includes a batch of improved translations--but somebody has to inform Clem that there are improved translations
