I see that this (Hardware) section has three additional sub-headings for "mounting Partitions" ,"Printers and Scanners" , and "Graphics cards & Monitors".
Given the problems that I have uncovered while researching my own very troubled use of a Gigabyte AMD M'board,would it not be useful to have a Motherboard Sub-section for members to detail the methods used to get their own M'boards functioning happily?
For those interested, my Motherboard in question is a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P. During installation depending on BIOS settings one has either no usb2 or networking,just usb3,or no usb3. The final solution involved(after installation) an addition to GRUB to enable all three. Caused chaos for a few days!

Got a Doggie? Don't forget to clean up after them.

@helterskelter
I am having the same problem with USB2 also on the GA-970A-DS3P board. What was the GRUB entry you used to fix the problem? Tnx.
