Using Mate - getting update for Cinnamon nemo?
I'm using Linux Mint Mate 18.2 and today in the Update Manager I have an update for Cinnamon nemo. Why is it showing up there? Is nemo installed in the Mate version of Mint?

When you click on the Nemo update in the Update Manager, what does the description tell you ? (I'm not running the MATE edition)

It says:
Nemo is used to browse directories, to preview files and to launch applications associated with them. It also handles desktop icons.
This update contains 1 package: libnemo-extension1
