UD-3900 for two external monitor only one works

Post by cailei » Mon Apr 23, 2018 10:32 am

Dear all,
As a result of work, I installed Linux Mint 18.3. I use two external monitors as in WIn10 with Plugable UD-3900(https://plugable.com/products/ud-3900/). As we all know, it will work well in WIndows.
However, in LInux Mint 18.3, only one external monitor works. My monitor is Dell SE2216H(http://www.dell.com/ed/business/p/dell- ... monitor/pd).
My laptop is MSI GE62 6QD(https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GE62-6QD-Apache-Pro.html). The following is some information with terminal.

Code: Select all

The problem is that only one is working.
I followed the instruction from :https://support.displaylink.com/knowled ... les/684649
The lasted version:https://support.displaylink.com/knowled ... les/684649
Can someone give me some advice bout this problem?
I was determined to give up to use windows again but I found that with linux there are many possibilites both for work and life.
