Browser screen random problem?

Hello.
I've been experiencing some issues with my browser and only with the browser (whether it's firefox or chrome)
Sometimes some patterns appear on it, and if I move the screen down or up using the mouse, it get's worse. After a while it gets fix again.
It looks like this:
Do you have any idea if this is a software or a hardware issue?
I'm using Mint 18.1 on a Acer Aspire E5-553G-F55F if it helps.
