Forum subsection: Nemo Actions

How about creating a new subsection under "PERSONALIZE AND CUSTOMIZE LINUX MINT" for Nemo Actions?

There are only a few Actions that come as default for Nemo file manager although this is one of the outstanding features of Nemo in comparison to others especially in terms of user-friendliness.

It might be too much to ask the developers to add something likes Spices feature for this, but such a subsection in the Forum may be useful to exchange Actions created by users.

Let's start with a topic where people can submit/link to their Nemo actions. Perhaps somebody (hint hint ) can start a curated list.

I think you're in a better position to decide where exactly to start this topic.

I've got a bunch of Nemo actions that I keep on intending to share via a dedicated Github repo and then invite people to submit others to be hosted on the repo. Maybe I'll get round to it sometime....as it stands they are scattered around the forum mostly....

I've found some time today to write down an Introduction and generate a list from the existing git repositories: viewtopic.php?f=213&t=291571

I might also add a couple of custom actions to the pool when the times comes, e.g. a common dedicated GitHub repo hopefully.
