(Solved) Setting up sorting in Caja in Mint 19.1

Post by DenZlm » Wed Apr 10, 2019 4:31 pm

Hi! After upgrading from Mint 18.2 Cinnamon to Mint 19.1 Mate, I can't configure the sorting of files and folders in the /home partition in Caja. In all other partitions and folders, I sorted everything "by name" and it worked, but in my /home partition everything is sorted only by change date and in reverse order in Caja. And I want fix it to "by name" sorting. If I was typing in terminal ls while in /home, everything sorted is ok, if I boot from liveCD and mount /home is also ok with sorting. Means the problem with sorting in Caja. I tried to use this method
viewtopic.php?t=228782
and saw this:
https://ubuntu-mate.community/t/caja-no ... ings/17748
but in this case it did not help. Where and how can I find and change the sort settings in Caja? I think it should be in the /home section.
Ps: dconf installed and used "by name" parameter.

SOLVED:
I solved the problem by changing the stock theme. The first time it was changed, it was applied with an error.
