Reboot or Logout Anyway

Sorry for my english.
In Mint 19.1,i have open Firefox. When I try "Shut down"->"Restart" , I get "Program still running" and in program Firefox show window with question close. Then I choose "Reboot anyway", but nothing do. How set behavior, when choose "Reboot anyway" kill all application and reboot?

You could always close FF down first.
Kernel: 4.15.0-46-generic x86_64 bits

I understand what "You could always close FF down first." but I think what troubles not only FF
I want behavior on "Reboot anyway" kill any process automatically and reboot.
