green, pink on tv from laptop

tv picture fine using android box, now when i connect from laptop on windows or linux mint the screen turns pink & green.

You'll have to give some more details.
Can you let copy the output to the following commands and also let us know how you connect to the tv.
Also, if you wiggle the cable, do the colours change?
