Everything works fine on 19.3 on this laptop, but quite often shutdown hangs,
and is stuck at Mint logo animation.

In that case only hardware power-off helps by holding power buton for 4 sec. (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace or Ctrl+Alt+F2 does nothing)

During logo animation press ESC key, it will indicate the process which is hanging.

Nothing happens, too. Logo animation keeps running, but keyboard does not respond to anything (I have tied) including Esc.

It's not a problem for me to switch to any Kernel and maybe solve this
that way, I just want to report this so it hopefully gets solved in newer
(in use by OS by default) Kernels as introduced regression (if it is the case).

The right place to report bugs though I don't think it's a bug.
