Hi priyanshu88064, and welcome to the forum.

If you have a Ryzen/amdgpu setup, this issue is discussed here: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=320149

Booting to the previous 5.3.0-51 kernel works around it for now, until the bug report listed in that thread gets taken care of.

You can either press and hold the Shift key while booting, and that might bring up the grub menu, or change grub as I've shown in this post to force it to show on each boot. Then when the grub menu appears, move down to Advanced Options to be able to boot to 5.3.0-51 or some earlier kernel.

Once you've booted to the earlier kernel, open the Update Manager and click on View > Linux kernels and select the 5.3.0-53 kernel and click on Remove to get it off your system.

Be aware that the Update Manager will offer that kernel again after it's removed, so don't let it update again.

You're most welcome priyanshu88064.

Keep an eye on the other thread to see when the issue is properly fixed, so you'll know when you can update your kernel again.

Glad I could help.

It's a bug in the Ubuntu kernel that Linux Mint uses I'm almost certain.
