[SOLVED] Mate 20 File Manager Page

Mate 19 and past distros had a file manager page where changes could be made; mouse single click, and file page border themes.. I only find the caja page, and cannot locate the file manager page with tabs to fine tune preferences. How do I locate this ? I did click on the file browser page on start-up, and the file manager page came up. Now I only get the caja page, no file manager page with tabs. How do I launch the file manager page ? It used to be in the control center- personal menu, now it is absent.
