[Solved] Microphone not working on Monitor LG 24BP750C

Good afternoon,

I'm still quite new to Linux but I'm trying to figure out how to get the microphone working on Linux Mint 21.

Microphone is built into the screen: LG 24BP750C, this screen also contains a webcam, which works, but the microphone does not work when I use the Zoom program and a program to record.

What I've already tried:
- installed pavucontrol, on this I can see that the microphone is there and works, but it still does nothing with other programs
- opened alsamixer, can see it, but can't change anything.

Is it possible that I am still missing a driver or have a configuration not set up correctly? strange is that the cam that is in the same monitor works immediately.

Afther long searching, was it also in the mixer. When we had sound by the mixer, it was working.
