Since I have installed opera, I get:
"Could not refresh the list of updates."
APT error:
"E: Conflicting values set for option Signed-By regarding source https://deb.opera.com/opera-stable/ stable: /usr/share/keyrings/opera-browser.gpg !=
E: The list of sources could not be read."
Even commands on the terminal are impossible by the 'APT' error.
How can I solve this? Thanks.

Shortest way: restore a Timeshift snapshot. Then re-download the Opera installer and use that new one for the installation of Opera.

Menu - software sources
Completely remove any mentions of Opera Stable.
Run Update Manager to ensure all is well.
Reinstall Opera..
