Please could someone tell me what to do to be able to use Wi-Fi?
Followed various instructions and attempted
1. Turn Power Management to "off"
2. Changing IPv6 Settings > Method to "ignore"
3. Checking the inputted password (works on other devices)
4. Turning everything on and off again
5. Downloaded brcmfmac43602-pcie.txt,
switched out the macaddr as prescribed to own computer's value,
and changed these two values as well
ccode=0
regrev=0
After editing the file, followed the instructions to cp it. Checked and am sure that the txt file is currently in FileSystems>lib>firmware>brcm
Am a complete beginner to linux. Sorry I missed or messed something up.
Please find the results to the following pasted below:
1. inxi-Fxz

Extra details (not sure exactly what is useful, sorry):
The router is an IO DATA (WN-SX300FR).
Am living in Japan.
So far, ethernet cable has been working fine.
Have used driver manager to update whatever was possible.
Sorry and thank you very much!
