WIFI keep dropping but says it is still connecting

Post by Draxion »

Hello, I am currently on a DELL XPS 9380. I have been having lots of trouble with my WIFI. It seems that it randomly just stops working. I try loading a page and nothing loads, the WIFI signal stays at 100%. The only way to get it working again is for my to disconnect and then reconnect. Sometimes it doesn't drop for a little while but sometimes it drops after like 5 mins of reconnecting. I've turned off the power management. I've tried replacing the fimrware-6.bin as I've seen that's helped others with similar issues but those haven't helped for me.

You can try a higher kernel:

Code: Select all

sudo apt-get install linux-oem-22.04c
Reboot
