How to add NextDNS to my " resolved.conf "

Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon here, I want to add NextDNS to my resolved.conf file:

Instruction says :

Use the following in /etc/systemd/resolved.conf:

I should just copy it to the end of the code and restart right?
