Using Nvidia drivers cause lag on menu, workspace switching, panels, windows

* force full pipeline
* set performance for Nvidia
* disable effects
* use mate - OK

Finally I was able to find what was causing the problem.

Extensions

I was using transparent panels: https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/e ... ns/view/81

Which cause high CPU and memory usage from cinnomon.
Now things are smooth and back to normal with the latest nvidia driver.
