Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon

I went to sleep Whilst running a winefix programme and woke up to GNU GRUB version 2.06 screen . How do I buy pass this and continue using my laptop as normal

Boot into your live session and in terminal, enter the following command and then re-boot.

sudo update-grub
