PulseAudio changing default port

Post by Nayes »

Hi!

First, I would like to state my gratitude to all the active forum members, constantly helping out - I am new to Linux myself, however I could figure out and find most of the questions I had so far, therefore my thanks.

The stated problem however, even though similar to some posts I saw on this forum, is a bit different and cannot quite figure it out by own.

Basically, I need to switch the default port of PulseAudio, as it changes after every reboot.

After every reboot "Speaker" is selected, but I always need to change it manually to "Headphones"

The thing is, (as I assume) it is a subdevice not listed in the sink list, it is however present in the PulseAudio option

Code: Select all
