That's Linux Mint 6, from 2008-2009. Some bug in the website makes it show as LMDE.
As always, just wait for the release to be announced on the blog https://blog.linuxmint.com/ or here in the releases & announcements forum viewforum.php?f=143. You can subscribe to either. LMDE 6 stable release will be announced there when it becomes available.
