Not in the Update Manager yet but I'm doing a new install anyway...

I have it running on a backup laptop since it was introduced, and not one flaw anywhere that "caught my attention".
and I am using that laptop right now, a E550 thinkPad.

I just got an update in mintupdate, installed it.
It seems that everything is working fine in the wayland session, but so far there is a critical problem that will keep me on Xorg.
Switching the layout does not work, the keyboard layout applet simply does not load.
Flameshot also doesn't work, but it's not that critical. But the lack of the ability to switch the keyboard layout is critical for me.

Otherwise, the update was installed correctly via mintupdate.

No update available for me yet and not in a hurry but curious - what depositories have you selected?

I also installed 21.3 Cinnamon on to my garage PC, Dell Optiplex Micro 3040/i5/16gb ram - no problems other than my AC1300 USB Wifi Adapter was not recognized. Tried to solve the issue to no avail so I ordered on that was recommended here.
