LMDE6 user here. My interface is in hangul, and I cannot for the love of God make use of the start menu search bar just because fcitx will fail to work there. The weirdest thing is it works everywhere else, like text editor, libre office, and even the terminal.
I tried purging everything related to fcitx and reinstalling it but to no avail. Is there a way for me to fix this? If not, do I just install another input method and try that?
