Now that Mint has taken over support for Timeshift for some time, I'd like to suggest that a dialog box appear with a prompt "Are you sure?" when manually deleting snapshots.

I'll add to this.
It would also be great if TS did a quick check whenever a snapshot is about to be made on how much disk space is left and if there is less than 15% free space on the partition (or whatever), the user gets a prompt to delete an older snapshot.
