Grub-menu is not changed after update-grub

Post by joy4theluv_lmint »

Hi! I am a newbie to Linux Mint. I am currently using LMDE 6 along with Windows 11, dual boot. When dual boot installation, I created a separate EFI partition for LMDE and also root directory. The default linuxmint grub menu is OK at first, but I wanted to customize the grub menu with other grub themes. Then I got a problem in changing grub themes and showing the linuxmint grub theme only. Any solutions for that?

If you look in /etc/default/grub.d the linux mint theme is there (cat /etc/default/grub.d/60_mint-theme.cfg) so it overrides others.

Thanks a lot. I changed the theme PATH and worked now.
