But is white doc.
So I need help.

Why you try to edit / create /etc/pulse/daemon.conf? Are you following instructions found elsewhere? Trying to apply a workaround used to work for you on main Mint edition? Can you provide a link? Tell us a little bit more about the problem you're trying to solve.
